The ACL offers crisis support for people with mental health or substance use issues and can provide connections to behavioral health resources.
• Mobile Crisis Response Teams (MCRT) Available 24/7, they can come to you anywhere in San Diego County to help provide stabilization, connect people to local care and support, and prevent trips to the hospital or jail.
• National Suicide Prevention lifeline at 1-800-273-8255 (TALK). A 24-hour hotline is available to anyone in crisis, if you are feeling distressed and need to talk to a counselor.
